Goal-setting

August 20, 2020 By Julie Keyworth

Set the right growth goals for your business

– a simple one-page plan can be the answer.

Our recent survey to our clients shows that while 53% of you have a business plan, others have indicated they do not or would like help with this.

A robust, one-page Goal Setting Plan is a great first step. It can help you stay motivated and keep your business on track. Something simple that can be under your nose on a daily basis, to be reinforced and keep you purpose-driven.

We can help you pin down your core goals that will give your business a positive sense of purpose and strategy to refer to:-

  • Know what you want to achieve with your business – decide if you are aiming for a better lifestyle, greater profits, or to increase the overall value of your business as part of a longer-term exit strategy, and make this your key business goal.
  • Align your personal goals with your business – this enables your finances to be set up to deliver the cash you need with the best return and the most effective tax liability.
  • Track and measure your performance – this allows you to see how you are progressing against your goals and provides a scorecard to drive your ongoing business strategy.

Our team will contact you to talk about a tailored goal-setting plan but feel free to get in touch with us if you are ready to take the step now.
